General Program classes in Buddhism and meditation take place every week during term time at Unitarian Church - North, 13800 N. Port Washington Rd.,
Mequon, WI, 53097
On Thursday evenings from 7-8:30pm, our Resident Teacher, Kelsang Lektso, teaches these intro level classes.
These classes have been specially designed to give a clear and practical introduction to Buddhism and meditation. Each class involves guided meditation, teaching, and time for questions and answers.
Whatever your previous experience, everyone can benefit from attending these meditation classes. $10 per class.
